Beusable Analytics suddenly stopped collecting data.
1. It is possible for the beusable tracking code to get deleted while reorganizing or modifying the website. Please check if the Beusable Analytics tracking code was installed properly.
2. Please check if you have reached the 'Monthly PV limit for analysis' *Each domain shows analyzed PV/ set PV on the top of each domain dashboard.
3. Please check if you have used all your PV. *The PV is shown in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
-
How long does Beusable Analytics keep my data?
Your analysis data remains for 12 months. After 12 months, data will automatically get deleted from Beusable Analytics servers and will not be able to be retrieved.
-
Is the Beusable data continuously updated?
Your page analysis is updated every hour.
-
Will we be able to check the data right away?
After domain registration and code installation, if a real page visit (PV) occurs, you will be able to check the collected data within 1-2 hours.
-
[Live Heatmap] Exposure value varies greatly depending on the lookup period.
Live Heatmap represents data on a real-time webpage.
Therefore, if the web page code has been changed within the lookup period you set,Exposure values may vary on the lookup period.
Since the Exposure data collected before the code change are excluded.
-
[Live Heatmap] How does the Interest rate is calculated?
The Interest value indicated how many of users have shown interest in the contents,
it’s computed as Hover PV / Exposure PV (%).
-
[Live Heatmap] Exposure value is over 100%.
If the user's interaction refreshes the content of the same element,
Exposure count may be repeatedly aggregated and the Exposure value may be greater than 100%. -
[Live Heatmap] Exposure values are low throughout the page.
If a page refresh occurs periodically even when the page is inactive, the number of page views (PV) increases,
but Exposure data is not collected. Therefore, Exposure values are aggregated low. -
[Live Heatmap] The Exposure value of a lower button (UI element) is larger than the upper button's value.
There are two possible reasons for this:
- If a user enter a page via a link from another page:
① Users may enter the page from a certain height without being exposed from the top of the page.
② A page which provides different layout or content according to the referrer,
Exposure value of the bottom buttons (UI element) may be larger than the Exposure value of the top buttons within the page. - If a user switches to another page via a button on the page but comes back via the back button,
it will return to the point where the user had last checked, in this case, a button (UI element) may have a larger Exposure value than other elements.
- If a user enter a page via a link from another page:
-
[Live Heatmap] The Exposure value of an always shown button (UI element) is less than 100%.
When users leave a page before it's completely loaded, a number of page views (PV) are aggregated yet Exposure value hasn’t,
which causes the Exposure value of always shown elements to be less than 100%.
If the UI Exposure value in the top area of the page is significantly low,
you can assume that many users exit the page before it's loaded. In this case, page performance check-up is required.
-
[Live Heatmap] The Exposure values of the buttons (UI element) located on the same level are different.
There are three possible reasons for this:
- In the case of a responsive web, the screen configuration changes according to the size of the browser which the users are accessing, so that some buttons (UI element) can be hidden or appear. For this reason, Exposure values between buttons on the same level may differ.
- In the case of a web that changes page layout according to the settings (e.g. region, language), the web may appear different per each user. For this reason, Exposure values between buttons on the same level may differ.
- In the case of a newly added button (UI element), since the data collection period of the element is short, Exposure value between buttons on the same level may differ.
What is a responsive web?
It is a website that automatically adjusts the screen size according to the width value of the web browser which the user accesses and shows an optimized screen. -

Use of Service / Live Heatmap
-
[Live Heatmap] Exposure value varies greatly depending on the lookup period.
[Live Heatmap] How do I view data of specific date?
As Live Heatmap presents data on a real website in real-time, data can be viewed from the current day.
