Beusable Referrals Program (Referrals) Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to users participating in the Referrals Program (“the Program”) offered by 4grit Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) in connection with its data analytics solution, Beusable (“Beusable”). The Program enables users to refer others to Beusable and receive rewards or benefits subject to the fulfillment of specified conditions. These Terms set forth the eligibility, conditions of participation, rights, and obligations related to the Program.

By participating in the Program or registering a referral code, users shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and any related policies. These Terms are separate from the Company’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and apply solely to the Program.

Article 1 (Definitions)

1. Referrer: A Beusable user who provides their referral code to others in order to encourage them to subscribe to a paid Beusable plan.
2. Referred User: A Beusable user who registers the referral code provided by a Referrer.
3. JAM: A paid digital credit used within the Company’s services. JAM can be either purchased by users or accrued through events or rewards, and may be used to access paid services within Beusable.
4. Reward: JAM awarded to the Referrer when the Referred User completes a paid transaction. JAM may be converted into cash only by resellers who have entered into a separate agreement with the Company. Cash conversion is not available to general users.

Article 2 (Eligibility and Participation)

1. The Referrer must be a user with a valid Beusable account. The Company reserves the right to restrict Referrer eligibility based on its internal policies.
2. A Referred user may participate in the Program by entering the Referrer’s code within the service.
3. Program benefits will be granted to both the Referrer and Referred User only when the Referred User subscribes to a paid plan after entering the referral code.
4. Referral codes may be restricted or invalidated based on the Company’s policies or system settings.
Such restrictions may apply in cases including, but not limited to, prolonged inactivity, abnormal traffic patterns, suspected misuse, or modifications to the Program structure.

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information and Consent)

1. For the operation of the Program, distribution of rewards, and tracking of Referred User status, the Company may provide the Referrer with the following information:
- Payment amount made by the Referred User (excluding VAT)
- Plan name
- Beusable user ID
- Company name
2. Among the above information, the Beusable user ID and company name are essential for identifying the referral relationship between the Referrer and the Referred user and for distributing rewards. By participating in the Program, users are deemed to have consented to the mandatory provision of such information.
3. The Company will separately notify users and obtain consent for the collection and third-party provision of such information when they participate in the Program, and will process all data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Upon request by the user, the Company may adjust the scope of information provided, to the extent permitted under Company policy and applicable laws.

Article 4 (Referred User Benefits)

1. A Referred User is eligible for a 10% discount on the payment amount (excluding VAT) when entering a valid referral code.
2. As long as the referral code remains valid, the discount will continue to apply to plan changes or renewals.
3. Once the referral code is deleted or invalidated, the discount will no longer be applied to future payments.
4. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to payments that have already been completed. However, they may be combined with the following discounts:
- Enterprise plan discounts
- Annual contract discounts
- Lump-sum payment discounts for annual contracts
5. For existing contracts under annual or monthly billing, discounts may be applied to remaining payments subject to a separate agreement.

Article 5 (Referrer Benefits and Conditions)

1. The Referrer will receive a reward equivalent to 10% of the Referred User’s payment amount (excluding VAT and after discounts).
2. Rewards will be granted only when all the following conditions are met:
- The Referred User’s payment has been successfully completed.
※ In the case of manual bank transfers, the payment will remain in an “Awaiting Payment” status until the transfer is confirmed. The reward will be granted based on the confirmation date.
- The referral code is valid at the time of payment.
- The plan purchased by the Referred User has reached its end date.
3. In the event of a refund, rewards will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.
4. Rewards may be granted without limitations on frequency, number of accounts, or total amount, subject to the Company’s policies.
5. Rewards are granted in the form of JAM by default, which can be used for paid services within Beusable.
6. JAM is not automatically convertible to cash. Only resellers with a separate agreement with the Company are eligible to receive cash payments in accordance with that agreement. General users who have not entered into an agreement are not eligible for cash conversion.
7. JAM may automatically expire if not used within 1 year from the date of issuance and may be subject to usage restrictions based on the Company’s operational policies.
8. JAM may not be transferred, resold, or shared with others, nor may it be exchanged for or transferred to other services.
9. The Company may withhold or cancel reward distribution in the event of fraudulent activity, system errors, breach of agreement, or other irregularities.
10. Any objections regarding the reward must be raised with the Company within 30 days from the reward issuance date. Objections raised after this period may be restricted.
11. The Company shall not be held liable for any omission or delay in reward distribution caused by system failures or technical errors, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Relationship and Management Authority)

1. The Referrer shall be deemed the primary point of contact for the Referred User, and limited user information may be provided to the Referrer for purposes such as tracking the user’s status and monitoring paid conversion.
2. A single Beusable account may be linked to different Referrers for each service (e.g., UX Heatmap, Journey Map).
3. Users may request to change their Referrer, which will take effect from the next billing cycle and shall not apply retroactively.
4. A user may simultaneously serve as both a Referrer and a Referred User

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts and Sanctions)

1. This Program is based on referrals made in good faith. The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Creating duplicate accounts to refer oneself
- Using another person’s personal information without authorization to create an account
- Inducing sign-ups solely for the purpose of receiving rewards through fraudulent or misleading means
2. If any of the above violations are confirmed, the Company may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to cancellation of rewards, restrictions of account usage, or disqualification from participation in the Program.

Article 8 (Miscellaneous)

1. The Company may modify or terminate this Program at its sole discretion without prior notice. In such cases, notice shall be provided via the service’s official announcements.
2. The Company shall not be liable for providing any separate compensation for discontinued rewards or benefits resulting from changes to or termination of the Program.
3. Any matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by the Company’s Terms of Service and applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal place of business as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force as of [Month] [Day], 2025.
